The Gallery of the History of the Palace
This permanent exhibition situated in the northern wing of the Château de Versailles was developed together with architects Projectiles. Change is good developed the signage project and the pattern designs that are engraved on the wall. Eleven connecting rooms each one with a different pattern that corresponds to a specific period and style engraved on the walls in ‘Corian’. The titles of each room are engraved and gold plated using the Apollon typeface specially adapted in relief for this exhibition. The genealogical tree representing the portraits of the French kings is engraved following the old lithophane technique.
